These are wonderful activities using manipulatives! I prefer to stay away from worksheets so these are so helpful! Do you have a video that shows how you teach each letter one week at a time? For example can you show how you teach the letter "h" and its sound? My students are still learning individual letters and sounds so that would be great! Thanks so much!

Two to five minutes? Not age appropriate for the developmental stage. Should be tailored to their abilities and involve active circle time.

You stated that you have your parents pay the Friday before the week of care. I do something similar. I have them pay that Monday before they can be dropped off. My question is, you stated you have them "pay for a spot, not attendance." When they are absent a day or two during the week already paid, do you credit them forward to the next weeks bill? Or no?

Hi there I have a general question for you since you have been doing daycare for so long. Do you still use the Red Leaf calendar for all of your tracking information or do you use QuickBooks or brightwhee l? I took a 3-year sabbatical from daycare and I'm going back to it right now I'm in the process of getting your license and bright wheel seems so enticing for the bookkeeping aspect but it's like $50 a month. I used to use red leaf calendar and it was obviously much more cost-effective. Just wondering what your thoughts are and what you currently use?
